I have been a patient of Dr Paul VanRapphorst for a while. He has treated me for several Dental problems and also performed complicated dental surgery. My experience with Dr Van has been most satisfying. Dr Van has excellent surgical skills and tremendous patience and professionalism to perform challenging dental procedures and surgery. In fact I am yet to find a Dental surgeon like him.

It goes without saying that he has the most courteous and professional staff to support him. Every member of his team perform their duties with extremely   dedicated and pleasant   manner. 

I would say Dr Paul VanRapphorst  and his team are Rolls Royce of their field.

I have experienced 3 dental implants in a span of 6 years.  Dr. Van's office staff has been outstanding and Dr. Van extremely gentle and caring.  I have had absolutely no problems or complications after surgry.  I love them.

My experience with Dr. Van with my tooth implant was amazingly smooth.  Not only was he and his staff firendly and professional but the actual implant procedurewas virtually pain free!  In fact it was much less painful than previous fillings or rooth canal's that I have had done.

Every year, I look forward to my visit(s) to Dr. Van's office.  I am convinced that Dr. Van's office should be used as a tour stop for other dentists and doctors.  The atmosphere is so warm and inviting - the decor is beautiful and the staff members are so friendly. 
Upon arrival, you are greeted with "would you like something to drink?"  They often have a nice smelling  candle burning so the office even smells good.  They have found a way to be classy and professional without sacrificing warmth and  kindness.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Van and his great staff!

As a CMU college student, living in Mt Pleasant, it is difficult to schedule proper dental care.  You office has done a great job of finding holes in the hygienists' schedules to fit me in whenever I return to Rochester.  Michele is the best.  In the past, I simply hated going to the dentist to get my teeth cleaned or work done.   After my surgery Michele has worked really hard with me to make sure that I receive the special hygiene care that I need.  I find that getting my teeth cleaned is not so bad.

I'd also like to express a personal note of thanks to Dr. Van for all of his efforts of working with my general Dentists and with my orthodontist, as well as my oral surgeon who repaired my jaw and all my special ortho work before and after my reconstructive jaw surgery.  That was a tough time for me and your time and help brought comfort to me and my family.  Thanks for everything.

I'd just like to take a minute to thank Dr. Van and staff for all your effort in maintaining my gums and teeth.  I have had trouble with bleeding gums and loose crowns for many years.  You were able to identify the problem, perform surgery, and prescribe dental hygiene care that has helped tremendously.  The periodontal surgery was almost pain free and recovery was very fast.  The hygiene staff makes dental cleaning a pleasant experience.  While I certainly appreciate your professional dental skill and that of your assistants and hygienists, I also find the cheerfulness and courtesy you all show to patients to be a great help in reducing the anxiety that accompanies any trip to the dental office.  Be sure to let the staff know how much they are appreciated.
