SEMINARS
On Thursday, September 15th, 2011 Dr. VanRaaphorst and staff hosted a seminar at LaSala's Banquet Facility for our referring Doctors and their staff. That evening our speaker, JoAnne Tanner was able to assist offices in achieving continued practice growth by instructing attendees regarding the Key Verbal Skills to use to improve patient relationships. All attending practices received a complimentary DVD to provide them with the opportunity to continue their review of these skills within their offices.
